made sustainable is an independent international sustainability consulting firm, providing services to Design and Real Estate professionals since 2002.

We advise on sustainable and environmentally conscious city and strategic planning, architecture, urban design, and public policy. Based in Prague, we are led by the first US Green Building Council, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Accredited Professional and only Accredited Architect in the Czech Republic.

Our founder Cory W. Benson, a licensed American Architect based in the Czech Republic, has been a LEED^® Accredited Professional since 2006, and has worked on numerous sustainable projects over the past 15 years in positions as broadly ranging as stonemason, designer, architect, and master planner. He has led project design teams for large urban center redevelopments for multi-national developers, provided feasibility studies for prospective investors, as well as guided clients step-by-step through small private projects.
